In order to implement the spirit of the important instructions of the Supreme Leader General Secretary on doing a good job in the employment of college graduates, according to the requirements of the Notice of the General Office of the Central Organization Department and the General Office of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Doing a Good Job in the Open Recruitment of College Graduates in Institutions in Response to the Impact of the COVID-19 Epidemic (No.27 [2020] of the People’s Social Welfare Department), the relevant matters concerning Beijing’s response to the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic are hereby notified as follows.
First, support and encourage institutions to give priority to recruiting college graduates.It is necessary to intensify the open recruitment for college graduates, and the vacant positions in public institutions this year and next (2020-2021) will be mainly used for the special recruitment of college graduates (including those who have not implemented their work units during the career selection period).
Second, accurately grasp the recruitment conditions of college graduates.All institutions and their competent departments should carefully study the recruitment plan, accurately grasp the professional skills required by the candidates, base on the strategic positioning of the capital city, focus on strengthening the function construction of "four centers", improving the level of "four services" and building a sophisticated economic structure, vigorously introduce professionals urgently needed for the economic and social development of the capital, and promote the construction of a team of high-quality professional and technical personnel in Beijing.
Third, innovate working methods and recruit college graduates safely and orderly.During the period of epidemic prevention and control, while doing a good job in epidemic prevention and control, we will openly recruit college graduates in public institutions in a safe and orderly manner. It is necessary to innovate recruitment methods, and try to organize online registration, written examination and interview by telephone, video and internet.
