Based on rich case experience in food industry, Jingsong Intelligent integrates "OCMS+TMS+MES+WMS+WCS" and other systems. Through the application of intelligent equipment such as high-position stacker, shuttle car, intelligent AGV and flexible production line, the data link of "man, machine, material, method, environment and measurement" can be connected efficiently, and the storage capacity of vertical warehouse can reach 2070 after completion. The circulation efficiency of 200,000 bottles/hour and 240,000 listening/hour on the production line greatly shortens the product production cycle, increases the space utilization rate, reduces the operating cost, improves the accuracy of decision-making, and achieves the double improvement of production efficiency and product quality.

Manufacturing technology and intelligent equipment
Jingsong Intelligent is based on the design concept of benchmark three-dimensional library in domestic food industry, and several unconventional designs are adopted in the project.
The international advanced switch technology of double-station heavy-duty circular shuttle bus realizes the frequent control of automatic track change of fork, and the ultra-high flow design supports the simultaneous entry and exit of two batches of goods, which improves the efficiency by at least 2 times compared with single station.
Facing the demand of high-flow empty bottle stacks, Jingsong adopts advanced control system to achieve long-distance and flexible switching of many categories, which is perfectly connected with the production line and realizes efficient operation of automatic online and offline.
The completion and use of 20,776 storage spaces and 27 stackers in the three-dimensional warehouse provide hardware support for finished products, packaging materials, empty tins and other materials to reach the level of unit load of 1,500 kg/Torr and 1,485 Torr/hour when they leave warehousing operation.
