Are you fat or not? You can tell by testing yourself.

Nowadays, the word "losing weight" has become the mantra of many people, but do you know whether you are fat or not? (data map: the picture shows the people of Shanghai setting off a night fitness tide. China News Service reporter Yin Liqin photo)

Editor’s note: There is no fixed method for fitness, but fitness is a science. Here are the knowledge points of "you may not know, but you have to know" in fitness.

Beijing, August 23rd (He Li) As the saying goes, everyone loves beauty, so many women, old and young, regard losing weight as their "lifelong career" and talk about "getting fat". Many male compatriots have also joined the wave of losing weight. But have you ever thought about how to determine whether you are fat or not?

First of all, it needs to be clear that it can’t be measured only by the readings on the weight scale — — You who exercise regularly and weigh 65 kilograms will definitely look slimmer than you who have no exercise habits and weigh 63 kilograms. That’s what people say: "Dress thin and undress with meat".

Fat and thin can’t be judged simply by the reading on weighing scale. (Data Map: A fitness beauty is exercising in Sanqingshan Scenic Area, Shangrao, Jiangxi. Photo by Cheng Xixue)

And the specific determination methods, here are the following three. You can choose your own officials to know your own fatness.

  The simplest method

Want to judge your fatness? The easiest way is to look at the waistline. As the old saying goes, the longer the waistline, the shorter the life expectancy. This is not without scientific basis. Many foreign media have also reported that too thick waist circumference will shorten life expectancy, both for men and women.

At the same time, waist circumference can also be used to simply determine whether your weight is overweight. Generally speaking, the normal waist circumference is: men are not more than 85 cm. If your waist circumference exceeds 90 cm, you are already obese and need to be controlled. It is acceptable for women to have a waist circumference of no more than 80 cm. If it exceeds 85 cm, it may be defined as obesity.

Waist circumference is one of the criteria that people can simply judge their figure. (Data Map: The picture shows the 2018 Taiyuan Bodybuilding and Fitness Championship, and hundreds of bodybuilders show their devil figure on the stage. Photo by Zhang Yun)

  The most common method

Although the method of measuring waist circumference is simple, it has great limitations. The difference in height and body shape is too large, and the waist circumference standard may also change accordingly. At present, the most common index to evaluate the degree of human obesity is BMI, which is the body mass index.

This is a numerical value calculated according to the data of human height and weight. Its calculation method is: BMI= weight (kg)/height 2 (m)

The relationship between the index and the degree of obesity is as follows:

This data can roughly reflect the obesity level of an ordinary person — — As long as your BMI index is in the range of 18~24, it is normal. If it is less than 18, it is judged to be thin. If it is greater than 24, it will be judged to be overweight.

However, it is difficult for BMI index to have reference significance for fitness hobbies. Because people who have fitness habits have a different ratio of muscle to fat than people who don’t exercise often. Because of muscular development, these people usually weigh more than ordinary people, so the calculation result of BMI index can easily exceed 24, but they cannot be called "fat people".

  The most accurate method

At present, a more accurate reference data is the body fat rate. Of course, what we are talking about here is not the measurement results of high-end equipment. With some simple methods, people can also test their body fat rate at home.

An effective method is to borrow sebum forceps to measure the data of two parts of the body, and then substitute it into the formula to get a relatively accurate body fat rate.

The specific method is: measure the upper arm (muscle belly of triceps brachii, that is, above the arm fossa of the big arm) and the back (below the scapular angle) with sebum forceps, and the data unit is millimeters.

After obtaining the data, first, calculate the body density with the measured data. The calculation method is:

  man

Body density of 15~18 years old =1.0977-0.00146× (back sebum+upper limb sebum)

Body density over 19 years old =1.0913-0.00116× (back sebum+upper limb sebum)

  female

Body density of 15-18 years old =1.0931-0.00160× (back sebum+upper limb sebum)

Body density over 19 years old =1.0897-0.00133× (back sebum+upper limb sebum)

Then it can be used to calculate body fat percentage, that is, body fat percentage =(4.57/ body density -4.142)×100.

In fact, if you don’t have a body fat clamp, you can also use the BMI index mentioned above to get a general understanding of your body fat rate. The calculation formula is: 1.2×BMI+0.23× age -5.4-10.8× sex (1 for male and 0 for female).

After getting the body fat rate, you can intuitively show your body obesity. Generally speaking, the body fat rate of adults is 15%~18% for men and 25%~28% for women. If your body fat rate is within this range, it means that your figure is relatively standard, but if the value is beyond this range, you may really need to start losing weight.

It is expected that the core music business will continue to grow this year.

Goldman Sachs said that Tencent Music has been one of the best performing companies in the China market in the past six months, and it is expected that it will continue to perform well in 2024. This is mainly due to the operating leverage effect brought by the high incremental profits of the company’s music subscription and advertising business, which promotes the upward adjustment of profit forecast; After the New Year promotion, the average income per paying user (ARPPU) recovered, which helped the music service income to further increase; At the same time, the structural improvement of music willingness to pay, coupled with Tencent Music’s constantly optimized monetization strategy, will jointly promote the company’s development.

Extension of subsidy period, many policies and measures to promote the consumption of new energy vehicles

  Source: China Automobile Industry Association.

At the beginning of May, after waiting for seven working days, Tang Mengmeng, who works in a large high-tech company in Beijing, finally got the second car for his family — — All approval procedures for installing charging piles for G3 pure electric SUV in Tucki.

Although more and more consumers are beginning to accept new energy vehicles, there are more and more models to choose from in the market, and the phenomenon that charging is "hard to find" is gradually changing. However, after the subsidy fell sharply in the second half of last year, the new energy vehicle market began to fall into negative growth. In April, the monthly production and sales of new energy vehicles were 80,000 and 72,000 respectively, down by 22.1% and 26.5% respectively. In the first four months of this year, the cumulative production and sales reached 205,000 vehicles, down 44.8% and 43.4% respectively.

Can the government’s policies and measures to promote consumption make the new energy vehicle market regain its upward trend? What new choices will consumers face when buying new energy vehicles?

Subsidies are extended, purchase tax is exempted, and the policy "red envelope" boosts the recovery of new energy auto market.

"The city subsidizes 10,000 yuan, and the manufacturer subsidizes 10,000 yuan. Now it is cost-effective to buy an electric car." Zhao Shun, who runs a decoration company in Guangzhou, has been driving a Guangxi-licensed fuel car around customers for several years. Since last year, Guangzhou has implemented the "four stops and four stops" restriction policy for foreign vehicles entering the control area, stipulating that the longest continuous driving time of foreign vehicles in the downtown control area should not exceed 4 days, and the interval between driving again should be more than 4 days. "I often can’t remember it. If I violate the rules, I have to record 3 points and punish 200 yuan. I have long pondered buying a new energy vehicle." Zhao Shun said that in March, Guangzhou issued a good policy of subsidizing 10,000 yuan for the purchase of pure electric vehicles, and he made a move.

Zhu Zhanying, general manager of Guangzhou Changwei Store of GAC New Energy, told the reporter that the Guangzhou municipal government launched a package of measures to stabilize the economy on March 3, and clearly proposed a government subsidy of 10,000 yuan for the purchase of pure electric vehicles. On the same day, GAC New Energy announced that "the government subsidizes 10,000 yuan and Guangxin supplements 10,000 yuan". When the news came out, the online attention, the amount of visits to stores and the volume of transactions all rose sharply. "More than 200 units were sold in March, setting a record for the sales of pure electric vehicles in a single month since the establishment of our store!" Zhu Zhanying said.

On March 31st, the executive meeting of the State Council explicitly extended the purchase subsidy for new energy vehicles, which was originally withdrawn at the end of 2020, for two years. At the same time, the purchase tax exemption policy for new energy vehicles was also extended for two years, which means that the era of subsidies for new energy vehicles 2.0 has officially arrived.

On April 23, the Ministry of Finance and other four ministries and commissions jointly issued the Notice on Adjusting and Perfecting the Subsidy Policy for New Energy Vehicles, which clarified that the subsidy standards for new energy passenger cars (excluding rental and online car-sharing) will be reduced by 10%, 20% and 30% respectively on the basis of the previous year, and those with a cruising range of less than 300 kilometers will not be subsidized, and those with a sales price of more than 300,000 yuan/vehicle will not be subsidized.

"The new energy vehicle subsidy policy and purchase tax concessions are extended for two years, which is equivalent to giving consumers a big red envelope with a total amount of about 100 billion yuan." Cui Dongshu, secretary-general of the National Passenger Car Federation, said that this is a great benefit for new energy vehicles.

Gu Huinan, general manager of GAC New Energy, believes that the extension of the subsidy and purchase tax exemption policy and the clarification of the extent of subsidy decline in the next three years are equivalent to giving the market a reassurance, which not only relieves the cost pressure of enterprises, but also facilitates the R&D and production organization of vehicle enterprises in the next stage. For consumers, it also means that there is no need to buy a car this year for the subsidy that is about to withdraw, and there will be more choices.

Charging piles are among the new infrastructure, and "more cars and fewer piles" is expected to be alleviated.

"The parking space at home is an annual rent and there is no property right. According to past practice, the residential property will not approve us to install charging piles." Tang Mengmeng said that what surprised her was that when she tried to fill out the safety commitment letter in triplicate provided by the 4S shop when picking up the car, she actually got the charging pile installation agreement in the community. Next, with the letter of commitment and the installation agreement of the property, I went to the power supply bureau to apply for installing the electric meter. After 7 working days, the application was approved.

Xu Qingyi, a full-time mother born in the 1990s who lives in Baoshan District, Shanghai, bought a pure electric car Geometry A owned by Geely at the end of last year. Although it is an old community and there is no fixed parking space, after application, the charging pile installation permit of the property was obtained.

In fact, as early as 2015, the General Office of the State Council issued the Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure. In 2016, the National Development and Reform Commission and other five departments jointly issued relevant rules, clearly dividing the responsibilities of users, electric vehicle companies, power supply companies, property and other parties, and standardizing the relevant processes of charging pile construction in the community. In recent years, various localities have also introduced a series of measures to encourage charging piles to enter the community and implement awards and subsidies. Tang Mengmeng and Xu Qingyi have successfully installed charging piles, which have benefited from this.

Li Ye, director of supervision of the National Energy Administration, said that by the end of 2019, China’s charging infrastructure had reached 1.2 million, an increase of 500,000 compared with the end of last year. Not only that, the structure of charging piles has been further optimized, including 500,000 public piles, and the growth rate has slowed down; There are 700,000 private dedicated piles, maintaining a high-speed growth trend. "This also reflects from one side that new energy vehicles are accelerating the transformation from policy-driven to market-driven." Li Ye said.

With the construction of charging piles into new infrastructure, the process of charging pile construction has been accelerated, and the situation of "more cars and fewer piles" has been changed, and the "acceleration button" has been pressed for the consumption of new energy vehicles.

"It is estimated that the investment will be about 10 billion yuan this year, and there will be about 200,000 new public piles, more than 400,000 new private piles and 48,000 public charging stations." Cai Ronghua, deputy director of the Industrial Development Department of the National Development and Reform Commission, said. Sun Guangqi, director of the Economic Construction Department of the Ministry of Finance, also said a few days ago that the Ministry of Finance will study the reward and compensation policy for optimizing the construction of charging facilities to further mobilize local enthusiasm.

Strengthen integration and innovation, and make more efforts in service value experience.

Affected by the epidemic situation and various factors, the cumulative sales volume of new energy vehicles in China in the first four months of this year was almost halved year-on-year, but it was an out-and-out "highlight moment" for the domestic Tesla Model 3. Especially in March, this model sold over 10,000 vehicles in a single month. Despite the subsidy adjustment in April, the sales volume was only 3,635 vehicles, but the output in that month still exceeded 10,000.

"My family wanted to buy a Model 3 at first." Tang Mengmeng told reporters that if we only look at brand effect, styling design, acceleration performance, etc., Tesla has advantages; However, considering the cost performance, China brand new energy vehicles are still more people-friendly. "Although Tesla’s entry-level model has dropped by more than 30,000 yuan, we still need a loan. Later, I wanted to be practical and pay the full amount to buy a Tucki G3. " Tang Mengmeng said.

"Although the use cost of new energy vehicles is low and the problem of difficult charging is gradually being solved, for consumers, the high initial investment cost and the low residual value of used cars still discourage most private consumers." Zhang Baolin, chairman of Changan Automobile, said frankly.

According to a survey, compared with the fuel vehicles in the same year, the value-keeping rate of used cars with pure electric vehicles is about 10% lower. Even Tesla, a 4-year-old used car with a mileage of 100,000 kilometers, has a preservation rate of less than 50%. Some domestic brands of pure electric vehicles with poor reputation have a preservation rate of only 63% for one year. To this end, some brands have introduced new business models such as residual repurchase and battery leasing, but they are still not the mainstream of the market.

"We must strengthen the integration and innovation of products, services and business models." Wang Xiaoqiu, president of SAIC, believes that to solve this problem, we should make full use of the financial tool chain and data business chain, open up the whole business chain of new energy car purchase, insurance, leasing, maintenance, repair, used car and salvage value recovery, establish a service plan covering the whole life cycle, and enhance the service value experience of users.

Concept upgrade, standard upgrade and technology upgrade to further improve the safety of new energy vehicles.

On May 8, a brand pure electric van spontaneously ignited at a charging station in Dongguan, and the photos of multiple cars charged together next to it exploded in the circle of friends. On May 18th, a video of a brand pure electric car suddenly caught fire and exploded in a public parking lot, which once again made the topic of pure electric car spontaneous combustion attract consumers’ attention.

According to incomplete statistics, in the short period of three months since May last year, 79 new energy vehicles caught fire in China, involving brands ranging from imported Tesla to tens of thousands of China brand products, with a wide distribution range. Wang Chuanfu, chairman of BYD’s board of directors, said: "The safety accident of any brand will affect the healthy development of the whole industry."

In order to further improve the safety of new energy vehicles, on May 12, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology organized and formulated three mandatory national standards for electric vehicles and power batteries, which were approved by the State Administration of Markets and the State Standardization Administration Committee and will be implemented on January 1, 2021. "The standard increases the thermal diffusion test of the battery system, requiring that the battery system will not catch fire or explode within 5 minutes after the thermal runaway of the battery monomer occurs, which will reserve the necessary safe escape time for the occupants." Experts from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology said.

"This year, Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited and BYD, two leading companies in the field of power batteries in China, have achieved innovations in the field of battery pack technology." Ou Yangming Gao, academician of China Academy of Sciences and vice chairman of committee of 100 of China Electric Vehicle, said that CTP of Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited and blade battery technology of BYD have greatly improved the energy density and significantly reduced the cost of lithium iron phosphate batteries with obvious advantages in safety performance, which will be a great boon for consumers of pure electric passenger cars.

The 13th Five-Year Plan focuses on the economy: a new engine for the new economy.

  Core tips

  ■ The new economy is intended to comprehensively improve the internal quality of China’s economy and promote the sustainability of development with "new".

  ■ New industries, new formats, new models, new products, new services and other new kinetic energy are constantly accumulating, and new economic forms are ready to emerge.

  ■ The generation of new kinetic energy and the development of new economy need to further break through the existing institutional mechanisms.

"At present, China’s development is in such a critical period that we must cultivate and expand new kinetic energy and accelerate the development of a new economy." This year, the word "new economy" was written in the government work report for the first time, which became a new highlight of the report. What is the domestic and international background of emphasizing the new economy? What exactly does the new economy contain? How to promote the vigorous growth of new economy?

  1. The "new economy" broke ground.

Rape flower, plum flower, peach flower, pear flower and citrus flower … … With the arrival of spring, the flowers in the countryside attract people to stop; Leisure farms, characteristic folk customs, self-driving camping, outdoor sports … … The new era of mass tourism is activating new consumption hotspots.

The latest data shows that the service consumption of cultural tourism in China is not decreasing. During the Spring Festival, the national tourism revenue reached 144.8 billion yuan, an increase of 14.6%. In February, the box office of the national film market was nearly 7 billion yuan, surpassing the North American market and ranking first in the world.

Today, China’s economy is facing a painful period of transformation. It is not in line with the economic law to let the traditional kinetic energy continue to maintain the high growth in the past.

Economic development is bound to have the process of iterative replacement of old and new kinetic energy. When the traditional kinetic energy becomes weak from strong, it needs the sudden emergence of new kinetic energy and the transformation of traditional kinetic energy to form a new "double engine" in order to promote sustained economic growth and leap to a new level.

The report "Review of World Economy in 2015 and Prospects for 2016" released by the National Bureau of Statistics recently pointed out that in 2016, the world economy will still be in the recovery period after the international financial crisis, the effectiveness of policies and measures will decline, and new growth momentum has not yet been established. It will still maintain the "three lows and one high" trend of "low interest rate, low inflation, low growth and high debt", and the recovery will remain weak, and weak demand will restrict China’s economy.

How can China’s economy set sail in the first year of the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way and the crucial year of promoting structural reform on the supply side?

The unfavorable factors and uncertain factors in the operation of the world economy are increasing, and how can China’s economy climb over the hill in the critical period of the continuous transformation of domestic new and old development kinetic energy?

"The development of China has always been advancing in response to challenges, and there is no hurdle." Premier Li Keqiang’s answer is very firm.

As long as we are tough enough to make the new economy form a new "S-shaped curve", it will give impetus to the new kinetic energy of China’s economy.

On March 16th, Premier Li Keqiang, when meeting with Chinese and foreign journalists and answering questions, said that the new economy has a wide coverage and rich connotations. It involves the primary, secondary and tertiary industries, not only the emerging service industries and new formats such as the Internet, the Internet of Things, cloud computing and e-commerce, but also the intelligent manufacturing and mass customized production in the industry. It also involves family farms and stock cooperatives that are conducive to promoting moderate scale operations in the primary industry, and rural areas. The new economy referred to in the government work report has gone beyond the original scope of this concept, but has richer connotation and broader scope.

Cui Jianhua, deputy secretary and vice president of the Party Committee of Peking University University of Economics, believes that the new economy focuses on "newness" and all-round "newness". In recent years, there are many references to the "newness" of China’s economy, such as new structure, new model, new industry, new format, new products, etc., which are put forward from different angles and different fields, and each has its own reasons and is not contradictory. The new economy should be a comprehensive category and corresponding unremitting practice, including all kinds of "newness", comprehensively improving the internal quality of China’s economy and promoting the sustainability of development with "newness".

  2. Do "subtraction", "addition" and "multiplication"

"The total amount of development and structural problems coexist, and structural problems are more prominent." This is a scientific judgment of China’s current economic situation. Therefore, we must focus on strengthening supply-side structural reform, accelerate the cultivation of new development momentum, and transform and upgrade traditional comparative advantages.

Do subtraction and addition, reduce ineffective and low-end supply, expand effective and high-end supply, and increase the supply of public goods and services; At the same time, give play to the multiplier effect of mass entrepreneurship, innovation and "internet plus". Cui Jianhua pointed out that the new economy needs the support of "new structure". De-capacity, de-stocking and developing new industries are all structural adjustments of China’s economy. On the one hand, it is the adjustment and upgrading of the original industries, and structural adjustment does not blindly exclude traditional industries; On the other hand, it is the great development of new and frontier industries, which promote the transformation of industrial structure in parallel.

Since the beginning of this year, China’s structural adjustment has made positive progress, and transformation and upgrading are on the way. As the largest industry, the service industry continues to maintain a good momentum of development.

With the implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy and the introduction of a series of policies and measures to encourage mass entrepreneurship and innovation, new industries, new formats, new models, new products and new services have been accumulating.

In January, the number of domestic invention patents accepted increased by 35.7% year-on-year, and the number of domestic invention patents granted increased by 57%.

"internet plus" related industries are in the ascendant. 1— In February, the national online retail sales of goods and services increased by 27.2% year-on-year, and online shopping led to the rapid growth of express delivery business. Information consumption has doubled, and mobile Internet access traffic increased by 120.9% in January.

New products with high added value and high technology content are growing rapidly. 1— In February, the output of new energy vehicles increased by 75.9% year-on-year, smart TV increased by 28.5%, urban rail vehicles increased by 28.0%, optoelectronic devices increased by 22.6%, and special equipment for environmental pollution prevention increased by 21.8%.

New services and new models are constantly emerging. Driven by technological innovation, the penetration of mobile Internet and traditional industries is accelerating, and new service models are constantly being born. Various regions provide personalized and customized public products and services to enterprises by establishing business incubators, business parks and service centers. Innovative service platforms such as Zhongchuang, Crowdsourcing, Crowdfunding and Crowdfunding have achieved efficient integration of various resources. New service modes, such as online car rental, online medical care and distance education, have greatly released the consumption potential.

The supply-side structural reform effect has emerged. The output of some "overcapacity" industries has declined. 1-mdash this year; In February, the output of cement decreased by 8.2%, crude steel by 5.7% and 10 kinds of non-ferrous metals by 4.3%. The price decline of related products narrowed.

"The kinetic energy conversion is gradually effective, and the new economic form is ready." Ning Ji Zhe, director of the National Bureau of Statistics, pointed out.

  3. The new economy needs system innovation

"Although the central government is promoting decentralization, in many areas, the approval process is still too long. To turn new technologies into new kinetic energy and truly benefit the people, we must grasp the big and let go of the small. " Chen Hesheng, an academician of China Academy of Sciences, pointed out.

Xu Zhengzhong, a professor at the National School of Administration, believes that the current global economy has entered the 3.0 stage of free combination of everyone supported by "cloud computing, Internet of Things, big data and intelligence". The era of "great wisdom" has given birth to a new mode of economic development, which is and will completely change the way of knowledge acquisition, inheritance, accumulation and creation, and promote profound changes in lifestyle, working methods, organizational methods and social forms, and the form of public governance has also changed accordingly.

As an important part of the new economy, "sharing economy" also appeared for the first time in the government work report. Sharing economy, also known as peer-to-peer economy, collaborative economy and collaborative consumption, is a socio-economic ecosystem based on the sharing of human and material data. In the era of "internet plus", sharing economy has become a new trend, and industry changes have come.

In recent years, China’s sharing economy has developed rapidly, which is profoundly changing the economic form and lifestyle. Online creative design, marketing planning, catering and accommodation, logistics express, capital lending, and transportation … … The sharing economy has penetrated into all aspects of society. However, the data show that the market size of China’s sharing economy is small and the market development is not perfect. The important constraint is that the supervision of sharing economy still adheres to the concept of managing traditional industries.

"It is necessary to accelerate the growth of new technologies, new industries and new formats, promote the sharing of economic development through institutional and institutional innovation, build a sharing platform, expand emerging industrial clusters such as high-tech industries and modern service industries, and create a new engine with strong power." The clear expression of the government work report makes people see the hope of future development. "The government’s support for sharing economic development is more distinct, which will improve the efficiency of resource utilization and let more people participate and get rich." Fu Jun, vice president of China Civil Chamber of Commerce, said.

New technology, new industries and new economy run through the whole 13 th Five-Year Plan. The Outline identifies a number of major scientific and technological innovation projects and projects in 2030; Focus on supporting the development and growth of new-generation information technology, new energy vehicles and other related industries, vigorously promote innovation and industrialization in emerging frontier areas such as intelligent transportation, virtual reality and interactive film and television, and form a number of new growth points; Eight major informatization projects were identified; Implement the intelligent manufacturing project, strengthen the construction of industrial Internet facilities, technical verification and demonstration, and promote the "Made in China+Internet" to make a substantial breakthrough.

Xu Shaoshi, director of the National Development and Reform Commission, pointed out a few days ago that "China has put forward an innovation-driven development strategy, which has a historic intersection with worldwide innovation and provides a window of opportunity. Innovation and entrepreneurship will become a strong driving force for China’s economic growth in the future."

How is the property market in the second half of the year? "Housing without speculation" will remain the main line of policy.

According to previous years’ practice, analyzing the current economic situation, Politburo meeting of the Chinese Communist Party, which will deploy economic work in the second half of the year, is expected to be held in the near future, and what attitude it will make on the regulation of the property market, or set the tone for the market trend in the second half of the year.

Some insiders believe that the differentiation characteristics of the domestic real estate market are increasingly obvious, and policy control tends to be strengthened in some areas. It is expected that the policy will adhere to one city and one policy in the third quarter, and some areas may continue to tighten, which will have an inhibitory effect on market transactions in some overpriced cities. Housing enterprises need to flexibly formulate strategies for destocking.

Five of the seven meetings involved real estate.

Since July 2017, Politburo meeting of the Chinese Communist Party, with economy as the main topic, has been held seven times. Except for the two meetings on October 31, 2018 and December 13, 2018, the other five meetings made important statements on the real estate market.

For example, on July 31, 2018, Politburo meeting of the Chinese Communist Party made up his mind to solve the real estate market problem, adhere to the policy of the city, promote the balance between supply and demand, reasonably guide expectations, rectify the market order, and resolutely curb the rise in housing prices. Accelerate the establishment of a long-term mechanism to promote the stable and healthy development of the real estate market.

The latest one was April 19th, 2019, when Politburo meeting of the Chinese Communist Party demanded that the house be used for living, not for speculation, and that a long-term regulation mechanism of "one city, one policy, one policy according to the city and the main responsibility of the city government" should be implemented.

This is also the second half of 2018, after failing to mention the real estate content twice in a row, Politburo meeting of the Chinese Communist Party revisited the slogan of "housing and not speculating". In the industry’s view, this move is also expected.

In the first quarter of 2019, due to the expectation of policy relaxation, the actual easing of funds and the actual downward trend of credit interest rates, the real estate market showed a warming state, and the property market "Xiaoyangchun" started to increase, and the wave of land grabbing in hot cities resumed.

In this context, Politburo meeting of the Chinese Communist Party once again mentioned that housing is not speculation, which shows that he is paying close attention to the warming of hot cities’ markets, breaking the previous expectation that hot cities will relax restrictions on purchases and loans, and also to prevent risks such as rising prices in the real estate market.

After Politburo meeting of the Chinese Communist Party set the tone of property market regulation in April this year, the regulation policies of subsequent ministries and local governments followed.

Zhang Dawei, chief analyst of Zhongyuan Real Estate, said that in the first half of 2019, the national real estate regulation and control policies reached 251 times, up 31% year-on-year compared with 192 times in the first half of 2018.

"Real estate regulation and control policies have shown a significant tightening trend since mid-April. In the past two months, real estate has been regulated for nearly 100 times, and the density is at the highest stage in history. " Zhang Dawei said.

On the day of Politburo meeting of the Chinese Communist Party (April 19th), according to the requirements of monthly analysis, quarterly evaluation and annual assessment determined by the scheme of long-term real estate mechanism, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development gave early warning tips to six cities with large fluctuations in house prices and land prices in the first quarter of 2019.

One month later, on May 18th, in order to further implement the main responsibility of the real estate market in regulating cities, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development gave early warning tips to Foshan, Suzhou, Dalian and Nanning, four cities where the price index of newly-built commercial housing and second-hand housing has increased greatly in recent three months.

The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development requires all localities to resolutely implement the decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, always adhere to the positioning that houses are used for living, not for speculation, further strengthen market monitoring and analysis, solve problems in market operation in time, and earnestly implement the requirements of stabilizing land prices, housing prices and expectations to ensure the stable and healthy development of the real estate market.

Suzhou, which was warned by the "yellow card" of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, upgraded its real estate control measures twice in a row on May 11th and July 24th this year.

Why should Suzhou continuously upgrade its regulation? The Supplementary Opinions on Further Promoting the Sustainable and Healthy Development of the City’s Real Estate Market issued by Suzhou Municipal People’s Government emphasizes that the regulation and upgrading of the property market is based on "persistence ’ A house is for living, not for speculation ’ Positioning, the implementation of stable land prices, stable housing prices, stable expectations, curb speculative real estate speculation, and reasonably guide market expectations.

The one-day tour of Kaifeng property market policy sends a signal to the outside world that regulation will not be relaxed easily. On July 19th, Kaifeng Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau issued a document to adjust the property market sales restriction policy, which was considered as a loose regulation implemented by third-and fourth-tier cities due to the downturn of the property market. However, one day later, Kaifeng Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau itself announced the cancellation of the document.

On July 20th, Kaifeng Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau said that due to its decision to "adjust the trading time limit of newly purchased commercial housing and cancel the filing restrictions", it did not conduct sufficient market research and demonstration, and lacked sufficient pre-judgment and evaluation of the possible market impact, so it revoked this decision and withdrew the relevant letter.

Suzhou’s upgrading regulation and one-day tour of Kaifeng’s loosening policy have different measures, but the logic behind them tends to be the same: the current property market regulation is easy to tighten but difficult to loosen.

Yan Yuejin, research director of the think tank center of Yiju Research Institute, said that Suzhou’s policy overweight is similar to Kaifeng’s policy of loosening restrictions on sales, that is, housing and not speculating is the policy logic in the second half of this year, and there is no possibility of relaxation. Relevant market participants must fully realize the importance of stabilizing the market at present. The introduction of similar policies has also formed good conditions for the subsequent control of investment speculative demand and stable expectations.

In the second half of the year, housing enterprises will reduce prices and promote sales?

The fluctuation of the real estate market in China is closely related to the policy adjustment, and it also provides a basis for the next policy adjustment.

Guo Shiying, an analyst at Zhuge Housing Search Data Research Center, told CBN that if we want to predict the follow-up policy direction, we should first pay attention to the changes in the two major indicators of real estate prices and transaction volume. "Stabilizing land prices, stabilizing housing prices and stabilizing expectations" will still be the main tone of regulation.

According to the data of the National Bureau of Statistics, from January to June, the sales area of commercial housing nationwide was 757.86 million square meters, down 1.8% year-on-year, and the decline rate was 0.2 percentage points higher than that in January to May. Among them, the residential sales area decreased by 1.0%. The sales volume of commercial housing was 7,069.8 billion yuan, up by 5.6%, and the growth rate dropped by 0.5 percentage point.

Source: National Bureau of Statistics

In 2018, the national sales area of commercial housing exceeded 1.7 billion square meters, a record high. Even though the sales area in the first half of 2019 decreased by 1.8% year-on-year, the total volume was still at a high level in recent years.

On July 15th, Mao Shengyong, director and spokesperson of the National Statistics Department of the National Bureau of Statistics, said at the press conference of the State Council Office that the current real estate market is generally stable in terms of housing price, real estate investment, real estate sales, construction area and land transaction. From the next stage, on the one hand, urbanization is still advancing, and there is still a need for improvement, which is a support. On the other hand, the concept of "housing without speculation" is more and more deeply rooted in people’s hearts, emphasizing "policy based on the city" and emphasizing the main responsibility of the city government. These two factors are combined, and it is possible to stabilize land prices, house prices and expectations in the real estate market in the next stage.

Yan Yuejin said that the first half of this year is an important stage to actively implement the policy of "stabilizing housing prices and stabilizing expectations", and the phenomenon of high housing prices in some cities has also been well curbed. Of course, in the actual process, some supporting houses such as well-occupied school districts still have speculation, and some sales that seem to have reduced prices also have illegal charges. Similar situations require continued strengthening of house price control, especially in the third quarter of this year. The policy is further tightened. For related housing enterprises, they may take the initiative to reduce prices and promote sales in the third quarter.

He believes that the policy in the third quarter is mainly tight, which may also have an inhibitory effect on market transactions. Judging from this, the possibility of rising residential inventory will increase, and some housing enterprises also need to flexibly formulate strategies for destocking.

Although the overall sales decline has narrowed, which is close to the same period last year, the regional differences in the domestic real estate market have gradually increased. From the sales area of commercial housing, the local property market is uneven, with some doubling (Beijing) and some falling by more than 50% (Hainan).

According to the data provided by Zhuge’s housing search, from the perspective of the new housing market, cities at all levels have different performances, with the first line rebounding, the second line stabilizing and the third and fourth lines cooling down. In the first half of 2019, the total transaction volume of commercial housing in three first-tier cities in Beishang and Shenzhen was about 12.54 million square meters, a year-on-year increase of 43.89%. The transaction area of second-tier representative cities was about 114.1 million square meters, up 0.71% year-on-year, and the overall transaction scale remained stable. The transaction area of the third-tier representative cities in the first half of the year was about 55.77 million square meters, down 16.07% year-on-year, and the year-on-year decline was the most significant among all cities.

In addition to the decline in transactions, the current decline in the real estate market in third-and fourth-tier cities is also reflected in the reduction of land transfer. For some third-and fourth-tier cities that rely heavily on land transfer, the pressure to develop the economy is increasing, and the impulse to adjust the property market regulation policy may become stronger.

Guo Shiying said that although the central government has always emphasized "one city, one policy, one policy for each city", the local dominance and the regulation direction of local cities have always been guided by the central goal. Under the guidance of the central goal, cities can fine-tune the current urban policies in order to stabilize the development of the real estate market. As for the types and degrees of policy adjustments, they need to be determined according to the development characteristics of current cities.

When the China football purge storm was going on: grassroots deputies called for the reform of the Football Association

  Chen Qinyuan

With Li Tie, former head coach of the national football team, Liu Yi, member of the 11th Executive Committee of the Chinese Football Association and former Secretary-General, Chen Yongliang, executive deputy secretary-general of the Chinese Football Association and director of the national team management department, and Chen Yuyuan, chairman and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the Chinese Football Association, and others being investigated one after another, the purge storm in the football field has attracted people’s attention.

The Paper noted that, recently, the WeChat WeChat official account of Suining Municipal Committee of China Democratic National Construction Association published a number of proposals and suggestions on football in China by grassroots representatives. Some deputies pointed out that the Football Association should improve the transparency of its operation. In addition, it is right to stop inviting foreign big-name coaches for short-term performance improvement and do a good job in youth training in a down-to-earth manner.

"This kind of corruption case has also appeared in Li Tie."

Among them, Lin Yun, member of the General Branch of the Democratic National Construction Association in Daying County, member of the Suining CPPCC and vice chairman of the chuanshan district CPPCC, and Wang Liming, member of the General Branch of the Democratic National Construction Association in Daying County and representative of the county people’s congress, reflected that football is the world’s first sport and is deeply loved by people all over the world, but the development of football in China, especially men’s football, has always been criticized. As an industry management organization, the football association has been criticized countless times by all walks of life, and the domestic football environment has also gone from bad to worse. As a China fan, I didn’t dare to expect the football results, but the lack of enthusiasm of football players on the court really made people angry and disappointed.

  Tie Li

"After the case of Li Tie, the former head coach of the national men’s soccer team broke out, people’s mood could not be calmed down. As the main player of the national football team in the 2002 World Cup, Li Tie is one of the few people in the whole country who has played in the World Cup at present, and he should have feelings for China football. Even this kind of corruption case has appeared, so it is not difficult to understand the performance of football players on the field."

Lin Yun and Wang Liming pointed out that mature youth training is the only way from the successful experiences of neighboring Japanese and Korean soccer. The domestic football environment has gone from bad to worse, and all walks of life regard men’s football as a joke. Parents are reluctant to send their children to learn football. There are fewer and fewer targets for youth training, and there is no good prospect for a small football population. Children who should have played football are mostly playing electronic products such as mobile phones in their spare time, and the development of football is in a vicious circle. In addition, more and more attention has been paid to the construction of stadiums and gymnasiums, and a lot of money and land have been invested in the construction of large-scale stadiums, which have become more and more dazzling urban landmark buildings. However, most people can’t get into these stadiums and can’t afford to use them. The hardened square on the outer ring of the stadium is also occupied by dam dance. Generally speaking, sports facilities are more for viewing than for use.

Lin Yun and Wang Liming also said that since the beginning of the China Football League in 1994, there have been countless big-name foreign coaches invited by the national team and the club level, and they have spent a lot of money, but the effect is not obvious or sustainable. Without a good athlete, even a big-name coach can’t lead the team to achieve good results, and a large amount of foreign teachers’ expenses will be wasted. If you want to achieve good results continuously, it is the right thing to do a good job in youth training, and there is no shortcut.

To this end, they suggested improving the transparency of the operation of the Football Association. Football is widely concerned. Whenever the national team loses, the Football Association will face overwhelming criticism and deny all the efforts of the Football Association. The reason is that people don’t see the working process of the Football Association, and it is not objective and comprehensive to pay attention to the results of the game blindly, which is also unfavorable to the development of the football industry. The Football Association should improve the transparency of its operation, publicize and accept supervision for the plan at the beginning of the year, the implementation in the middle of the year, and the evaluation at the end of the year, so as to guide all sectors of society to look at winning or losing rationally and support the healthy development of the national football cause.

In addition, we will increase the proportion of football courses for teenagers at school, guide cities at or above the prefecture level to hold football matches in their spare time such as weekends, and compete teenagers from electronic products such as mobile phones. Open up free football venues in urban public spaces, create a good football atmosphere in the whole society, enhance the interest of young people in football, and vigorously increase the number of football population. Carry forward the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation through football, guide all young people to work hard actively and face all the challenges in life optimistically.

They also called for not inviting foreign big-name coaches for short-term performance improvement, using limited funds more to train local coaches, athletes, referees and managers, learning from foreign advanced football experience and sending people out to study. Set a reasonable salary ceiling for domestic athletes and encourage athletes to play abroad to improve their competitive level. Pay attention to the off-site management of athletes. For athletes who have achieved good results in a short period of time, they should refuse to be widely sought after by the media and improve their business participation, so as to prevent off-site factors from affecting their fighting motivation.

"Reform the mechanism system of China Football Association"

"In the Asian qualifiers in FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 in 2022, the China men’s soccer team handed in a very bad answer sheet to the people of the whole country. The once first-class Asian team has become a third-rate Asian team, which made the fans very disappointed and called for the reform of the Football Association. China Men’s Football Team must learn from a painful experience, deeply reflect, comprehensively reform and start from the foundation. " Huang Peng, general branch member of Suining Municipal Committee of the Democratic National Construction Association, member of Suining CPPCC, vice chairman of Suining Municipal Committee of the Democratic National Construction Association and secretary general, reflected.

Huang Peng mentioned that due to the low overall level of football in China, it is difficult to go to the world, and the frequent scandals such as shady, match-fixing and corruption, the fans have lost confidence and reduced their enthusiasm for participation, resulting in insufficient market development and a difficult road to professionalism. Teenagers have little room for development in football, and the probability of success is very low. On balance, parents are basically unwilling to let their children take the road of professional football.

To this end, Huang Peng suggested that, according to the characteristics of the national conditions, we should drastically reform the professional leagues in China and the mechanism system of the China Football Association, train more teams, hold more high-level leagues, connect with the world, and promote their healthy, standardized and sustainable development.Adhere to the market-oriented operation of professional football clubs, and be responsible for their own profits and losses according to corporate management. It is necessary to strengthen exchanges with professional leagues in Asia and Europe, and cooperate comprehensively in personnel training, business operation and technical exchanges, so as to provide a broad space for the development of football in China.

Feng Yaowen, director of the General Branch of chuanshan district Branch of Minjian Suining City and the General Office of the Institute of Herbal Culture of Sichuan Vocational and Technical College, pointed out in the article "Problems and Countermeasures of the Management System Reform of Chinese Football Association" that the China Football Association, as an industrial autonomous association, is also a social group, which should be self-managed and self-restrained by interest groups related to the industry. However, in actual operation,China Football Association is more semi-official and its officials have administrative rank, which makes the Football Association more administrative, and the Football Association Congress and Executive Committee exist in name only.

The article combs that the laws and regulations that China Football Association relies on mainly include the Constitution of China Football Association, General Principles of Civil Law, Sports Law, fifa statutes and the Constitution of AFC. However, the relevant laws and regulations mostly stipulate the principles of the Football Association, and the articles of association of the China Football Association are a mere formality, relying more on the "red-headed documents" of the superiors in practice, lacking flexibility and flexibility in decision-making. At the same time, there is also a lack of supervision over the decision-making and implementation of the Football Association. In addition, the articles of association of the Football Association stipulate that legal disputes related to the Football Association shall not be submitted to the court, but only to the Arbitration Commission. The Arbitration Commission is a special committee within the Football Association, and its own impartiality is difficult to convince the public, and the interests of football clubs and players cannot be reasonably protected. Therefore, it is urgent to establish an arbitration commission independent of the Football Association and attended by football-related professionals.

In this regard, Feng Yaowen made three suggestions:

First, fully attract football-related stakeholders to participate in decision-making, implementation and supervision. As a football association interwoven by various stakeholders, its reform must emphasize the participation of the clients. First, it should overcome its single administrative nature, cancel the football management center, cancel the staffing, and fully absorb government officials, professional managers of the football association, experts and scholars, football players, football club members, local football associations and other relevant stakeholders to participate in the decision-making, implementation and supervision of the football association, so as to realize the socialization, autonomy, marketization and transparency of the football association.

Second, improve relevant governance laws and regulations. In the process of the reform of the management system of the Football Association, it is necessary to improve the relevant laws and regulations, accurately position the functions of the Football Association, and make the management activities of the Football Association have laws to follow in decision-making, execution and supervision procedures, so as to provide perfect legal protection for the legalization and modernization of the Football Association’s governance.

Third, establish an independent football arbitration institution. While improving the internal management system of the Football Association, it is necessary to establish an arbitration institution independent of the Football Association, which is composed of relevant legal persons, football professionals and relevant experts, and handles football-related disputes independently according to law, thus contributing to a more just and reasonable judgment of football disputes.

Chen Shuyang, member of Wenwei General Branch of Suining Municipal Committee of the Democratic National Construction Association and director of the Youth League Committee of Suining Municipal Committee of the Democratic National Construction Association, also reflected that at present, the Super League is operated by Super League Co., Ltd., ostensibly an independent company, but in essence it belongs to the Football Association, ostensibly operating the whole league, which is essentially limited to project investment, resulting in the league being seriously affected by administrative instructions and losing the prerequisites of "professionalism" and "marketization".

In addition, affected by various factors, the Super League is tournament-based, and all competitions are held in the same year, which is inconsistent with the international mainstream league home and away system and the New Year’s Eve system. In addition, the AFC Champions League will also adopt the New Year’s Eve system next year, and the overall structure will make each team physically and mentally exhausted. At the same time, because of the tournament-based league, the team will lose the support of fans and let football break away from the development foundation, which is even more unfavorable to the development of football in China.

Chen Shuyang suggested strengthening the confidence of real reform,Intensify the investigation and punishment of anti-corruption in football field, and make every effort to reduce the influence of "off-site factors" on the development of football leagues; "Separation of management and operation" will allow Super League companies to operate independently, establish a perfect club access and competition mechanism, reduce the interference of administrative orders, and prevent football leagues from becoming "performance projects"; Continue to encourage and stimulate the development of youth training of professional clubs and players to study abroad, improve the overall level of football leagues, enhance the football image of China and enhance the commercial value of the Super League; Adjust the league structure, cancel the tournament system that lasted for two years, and implement the New Year’s system in line with the AFC. Implementing the home and away mode will give the team its own growth soil, stimulate the internal motivation of China’s football market and create a better football atmosphere.

How to hold the inauguration ceremony of the president of the United States in 2021?

  Biden revealed these details.

Biden said on the 4th that the scale of the presidential inauguration in January 2021 may be reduced, or it may be held in an online virtual form like the Democratic National Congress in early 2020.

"It is very unlikely that a million people will gather in national mall to visit the Lincoln Memorial." Biden pointed out, "I think, compared with the usual inauguration ceremony, you will see a form more like the Democratic National Convention."

Biden is scheduled to be sworn in as the next president on January 20, 2021, just a few weeks before the holiday season. Public health officials warned that unless people wear masks, keep social distance and stay at home, partying during holidays may lead to a sharp increase in COVID-19 cases. Biden has also warned that the epidemic will become more serious in the coming winter.

According to reports, Biden said that in addition to following the public health guidelines prepared for the inauguration ceremony, his team has been discussing the plan with the leaders of the House of Representatives and the Senate. He said: "My primary goal is to ensure the safety of the United States, but still allow people to celebrate."

Biden predicted that there would be no large-scale parade along Pennsylvania Avenue on the inauguration day, but added that he could not give a clear description of the whole event now. "But my guess is that in American states, you will see many virtual activities and attract more people to participate." He said.

The recovery of American job market slows down.

  Biden urges aid.

On the same day, Biden also pointed out that the American people are facing a "grim" employment prospect, and with the surge of Covid-19 cases, they need to provide immediate assistance to help the people tide over the difficulties.

According to the November employment report released by the United States, the recovery of the US job market is slowing down. Biden said at the briefing: "If we don’t act now, the future will be very bleak. The American people need help and need it now. "

He said that the $908 billion bail-out plan jointly proposed by the two parties is being discussed in Congress, which is a good start, but more aid will be needed in 2021.

According to the report, with the severe epidemic situation in the United States, the economic and employment recovery has been hindered. According to the latest data, 245,000 new jobs were created in the non-agricultural sector in the United States in November, the unemployment rate dropped slightly to 6.7%, and the recovery slowed down significantly.

AI grabs a job with someone? Don’t panic, there will be a new division of labor between man and intelligent robot.

Machines are good at solving problems, but they can’t ask questions and are not good at innovation. Therefore, the most valuable social occupations in the era of machine learning are entrepreneurs, innovators, scientists, creators and other talents who can analyze problems to be solved, opportunities to be explored and fields to be explored.

How awesome is artificial intelligence now? — — Ali’s mother’s artificial intelligence copy can generate 20,000 advertising words in one second, and Ant Financial’s AI has realized that four people serve tens of millions of users of 27 fund companies. After more than ten years of training, ophthalmologists can identify about 40% of keratitis, while Zhejiang University’s artificial intelligence can identify 84% and never get tired. As for translation, it is a piece of cake for Iflytek’s artificial intelligence to communicate in countless languages at the same time.

As early as 2016, based on the artificial intelligence technology at that time, Oxford University professors Carl benedikt Frey and Michael A. Osborne predicted that in the next 20 years, 47% of jobs in the United States, 69% in India and 77% in China are likely to be replaced by automation brought by machine learning.

Don’t panic, machines will not completely replace manpower.

"Artificial intelligence will definitely eliminate some industries and transform some industries." Xi Youmin, executive president of Liverpool University of Xi ‘an Jiaotong University, positively predicted that "many jobs may be lost, and many majors will be lost. Simple accounting will soon be replaced, and many people in the bank will lose their jobs."

But don’t panic, some people in the future are irreplaceable. While replacing and strengthening some industries, artificial intelligence and robots will also breed many new industries. For example, in today’s unmanned aircraft, one aircraft replaces a pilot, but there are 60 big data operators behind it.

Some experts also pointed out that people and intelligent robots are not substitutes, but will form a new division of labor. This new division of labor is reflected in the optimization of work performance by using artificial intelligence and machine learning; Machines are good at solving problems, but they can’t ask questions and are not good at innovation. Therefore, the most valuable social occupations in the era of machine learning are entrepreneurs, innovators, scientists, creators and other talents who can analyze problems to be solved, opportunities to be explored and fields to be explored.

With the deep development of artificial intelligence technology and the wide application of robots, people will be liberated from many traditional production activities, have more leisure time and more powerful support means, and make life more interesting and colorful. Innovation and creativity will become necessities in life and work, and people will have more opportunities to engage in creative work.

But Xi Youmin warned that all new jobs will only become more and more complicated, not simpler. "In the future, you won’t create jobs that you can get as long as you get a few points right.".

The Times of Artificial Intelligence, which was read by Fan Deng, the founder of Fan Deng Reading, set off a listening craze on the Internet. But few people know that Fan Deng majored in metal materials and heat treatment in university. "In college, I actually didn’t learn anything." He joked, "The most important thing my alma mater taught me was to make me feel that I could learn something." What impressed him the most was that he once participated in a debate on behalf of the school. In order to win the championship, he and his classmates browsed the library materials, read countless books and learned a lot.

This self-learning ability has become Fan Deng’s core competitiveness today, and it is also the root that he thinks he will not be replaced by robots.

People who are least like machines are more adaptable to the era of artificial intelligence.

Children in kindergarten can recite two sentences of poetry and speak two sentences of English, so parents are very happy. After school, multiplication tables and problem-solving methods will always be concerned, but these are not important in the era of artificial intelligence. "Because there are search engines and mobile phones now, people can easily find the knowledge they want, and the function of traditional education to eliminate ignorance has disappeared." Xi Youmin believes that it is easy to have knowledge in the future, and it is important to judge the ability to integrate this knowledge.

From the perspective of practitioners, Lv Cheng, general manager of Baidu Smart Home Hardware, has a deeper measure of talents in the era of artificial intelligence. Lv Cheng does not deny that future talents also need to master a lot of professional knowledge. But he put imagination first in the future talents. "The artificial intelligence industry is basically predicting what the future will be like. But my theory is that no one can predict anything, so you need to be very bold. Not from the perspective of landing application, but from the system level and at a higher level, we have a vision and idea for the future society. "

He believes that the most important quality of practitioners in the era of artificial intelligence is to have high moral standards. "Because artificial intelligence has a huge challenge, it is whether human beings can control its boundaries and can’t resist opening Pandora’s Box." In practical research, many application scenarios of artificial intelligence are actually full of temptations. Practitioners need to consider whether a certain technology will have a fatal impact on human society in the future and cannot be controlled by artificial intelligence.

In the final analysis, machines serve people, and how high people stand, how much help robots will have. Just like a smart phone has many functions, but most people only play 30% of its functions. "If we want to make our life more colorful with the help of robots, we must constantly improve ourselves." Xi Youmin believes that general education, literacy education and art education will become more and more important in the future, and schools need to cultivate students’ autonomous learning ability, questioning ability, interpersonal communication ability, innovative thinking ability and future planning ability.

"Who can survive in the future society? The most important thing is that you have to become the person who is least like a machine. " Fan Deng summed it up in one sentence.

But from the most realistic point of view, computer science will become the "main course" in all schools. Now Zhejiang University requires all undergraduates to learn programming, even the department of archaeology is no exception. This is the key for students to enter the era of artificial intelligence.

How to change education? It is still a problem being explored.

In April this year, the Ministry of Education issued the "Action Plan for Artificial Intelligence Innovation in Colleges and Universities", which made major arrangements for the innovative development of a new generation of artificial intelligence from the level of higher education.

Artificial intelligence affects education, not simply by offering artificial intelligence courses in schools, nor by offering artificial intelligence majors in schools. What the educational circles need to study is how the whole education adapts to the social problems after artificial intelligence because artificial intelligence has changed the world.

"For many years, the school has only paid attention to professional planning, curriculum design, syllabus, teaching, etc., and the future study is likely to be that people have laid a certain learning foundation and skills when they are young, and then live and work with their interests and opportunities, and they have to conduct specific studies as needed, thus making lifelong learning a habit and necessity." Xi Youmin believes that in this case, teaching is no longer simply to teach knowledge, but to guide students to cultivate problem awareness, learn to search for knowledge, integrate knowledge and solve problems, and improve their abilities of communication, cooperation, expression and execution in this research process.

This also means that the teaching mode of the school and even the campus form may change. In the future, students don’t necessarily have to spend four years for undergraduate study, two or three years for postgraduate study or three to five years for doctoral study. Instead, they need to make use of resources and technologies such as the Internet and schools to continue their self-learning.

The future university will be a learning center, a resource center, a research and development community, an innovative ecology and a Industry-University-Research social community. Here, teachers interact with classmates when they want to learn, try creativity with resources and experimental environment when they have ideas, seek answers with R&D center when they have doubts and questions, practice through innovative ecology when they have technology or business model, and create and share the value of innovative products or services through Industry-University-Research Community, thus promoting social progress and development.

At present, Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University, Zhejiang University of Technology and other well-known universities have deep cooperation with Baidu, Alibaba, Tencent and other enterprises. Zhongke Shuguang, the leader of supercomputers, is also cooperating with universities to introduce the experience and projects of enterprises into practical courses in universities, so that doctors in research institutes can share their experiences with students. Song Huaiming, chief scientist of Zhongke Shuguang Big Data, believes that the core idea of school-enterprise cooperation is to integrate the advantages of enterprises in artificial intelligence and advanced computing with the educational concept of the school to better cultivate practical talents.
